Sandra D. Key, 64, of Houston passed away Friday, September 8, 2023. A Graveside Service is set for 11AM, Wednesday, September 13 at Ten Mile Cemetery in Normangee, Texas. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:30AM until service time also on Wednesday, September 13 at Ten Mile.

Born December 4, 1958 in Charlotte, North Carolina, she was the daughter of James Ray and Dorothy (Hendricks) Denton. She enjoyed music and movies but especially loved watching old westerns like Gun Smoke. Sandra was a great cook, was fond of reading and loved her cats and dogs dearly. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Her parents, James and Dorothy; a sister Cheryl Denton and a brother, James Denton precede her in death.

Sandra leaves behind to carry on her memories, her beloved husband of 45 years, Jeffery Scott Key; a son David Key and his wife Rosa Sanchez; one daughter, Kristine Key; 7 grand children, James Pedersen, Tyler Key, David Key II, Eduardo Puente, Joshua Key, Jason Key, and Allison Key; she also leaves 1 great grandson, David Key III.
