Salim Abraham Flores Tijerina, 50, of Bryan passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021. A Graveside Service is set for 11 AM on Thursday, November 4 at Bryan City Cemetery. Pastor Cristobal Ledezma will officiate and burial will follow at the conclusion of the service.
Born August 4, 1971 in Tepic Nayarit, Mexico he was the son of Juan Antonio Flores Pena and Alicia Martha (Tijerina) Moreno. Salim loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and singing. Salim was passionate about cars and loved to work on them. He also enjoyed action packed movies and was always good at problem solving.
Salim is preceded in death by his parents, Juan Antonio and Alicia Martha; and one brother, Armando Flores Tijerina.
Salim leaves behind to cherish his memories, a loving wife of five years Cynthia Elizondo; one son Salim Abraham Flores Santa Cruz; two nieces, Mireya Flores, and Yolanda Flores; one brother, Mario Flores Tijerina; one sister, Martha Flores and her husband, Adelmar Elizondo, he also leaves one nephew, Mario Flores.
