Ramon Granados Luna, 74, of Bryan, passed away with his loving family by his side on Monday, September 8, 2025. A Visitation is set for Friday, September 19, from 5 to 8pm with a Rosary at 6pm, all in the Chapel of Trevino Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services are set for 12pm Saturday, September 20, at Santa Teresa Catholic Church; burial will follow at Bryan City Cemetery. 


Born June 9, 195,1 in Hearne, Texas, he was the son of Eutimo and Julia (Granados) Luna. Ramon was a man who appreciated the simple things in life—quiet mornings, good music, and time spent outdoors. He especially loved fishing and going on nature walks, often using those moments to reflect and enjoy the world around him. But more than anything, Ramon loved his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Ramon’s presence will be deeply missed, but the impact he made on those who knew him will be felt for years to come.


He is preceded in death by his parents, Eutimo and Julia; four brothers, Esquiel, Petronillo, Ejino, and, Pedro Luna; three sisters, Jesusa Trevino, Maria Torres, and, Cruz Davila.


Ramon leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of forty-eight years, Martina Luna; a son, Fidel Rueda Luna and wife Tiffany; three daughters, Andrea and husband Cristobal Arita, Le Ann and husband Nazar Davis, and, Rhonda and husband Rodolfo Hernandez; twenty two grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, and, friends.

 

Ramón Granados Luna, de 74 años y residente de Bryan, falleció acompañado de su querida familia el lunes 8 de septiembre de 2025. El velatorio está programado para el viernes 19 de septiembre, de 5pm  a 8pm, con el rosario a las 6pm, en la capilla de la Funeraria Trevino Smith. El servicio fúnebre está programado para el sábado 20 de septiembre a las 12:00 pm en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Teresa; el entierro se realizará posteriormente en el Cementerio de la Ciudad de Bryan..


Nacido el 9 de junio de 1951 en Hearne, Texas, era hijo de Eutimo y Julia (Granados) Luna. Ramón era un hombre que apreciaba las cosas sencillas de la vida: las mañanas tranquilas, la buena música y el tiempo al aire libre. Amaba especialmente la pesca y los paseos por la naturaleza, aprovechando esos momentos para reflexionar y disfrutar del mundo que lo rodeaba. Pero más que nada, Ramón amaba a su familia. Fue un devoto esposo, padre, abuelo y amigo. La presencia de Ramón se extrañará profundamente, pero el impacto que dejó en quienes lo conocieron se sentirá en los años venideros.


Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Eutimo y Julia; cuatro hermanos, Esquiel, Petronillo, Ejino y Pedro Luna; tres hermanas, Jesusa Treviño, María Torres y Cruz Dávila. Ramón deja atrás para apreciar sus recuerdos, a su amada esposa de cuarenta y ocho años, Martina Luna; un hijo, Fidel Rueda Luna y su esposa Tiffany; tres hijas, Andrea y su esposo Cristóbal Arita, Le Ann y su esposo Nazar Davis y Rhonda y su esposo Rodolfo Hernández; veintidós nietos y doce bisnietos; así como numerosos sobrinos, sobrinas y amigos.
