Olen Ray Crocker, 67, of Benchley, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026. A Memorial Service is set for 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, May 21, in the chapel of Trevino Smith Funeral Home.

Born May 10, 1959, in Bryan, he was the son of Elmo and Lillian (Peyton) Crocker. Olen was known for his outgoing and friendly nature — he never met a stranger and loved visiting with people wherever he went. His faith was an important part of his life, and he always looked forward to going to church. In his younger years, he was a talented mechanic and enjoyed spending his free time dancing. Above all else, Olen was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his family deeply. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, contagious laughter, and big heart.

Olen is preceded in death by his parents, Elmo and Lillian, and a brother, Terry Crocker.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Brenda Crocker; one son, Nathan Crocker; three daughters, Angela Lynn and husband William Lewis, Hellen Crocker, and, Elicia Crocker; two siblings, Danny and Jean; four beloved grandchildren, Bryce Lewis, Conrad Lewis, Elora Crocker, and, Sofia Crocker; as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and, friends.

Olen will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
