Maria Olga Luna Esparza, lovingly known to family and friends as Olga, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2026, at the age of 85 at Crossroads Nursing Home in Hearne, TX.

Olga was born on May 10, 1941, in San Perlita, Texas. A devoted Catholic, she lived a life centered on faith, family, and caring for others.

She dedicated many years to her career as a nurse at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Texas and loved crocheting.

She is Preceded in death by firstborn son, Jesus Esparza, son Pablo Esparza Jr., and great-granddaughter, Seanna France Martinez.

She is survived by: her husband; Pablo S. Esparza, daughters; Diana Esparza Ramirez (Frederico), and Maria Dalia Esparza, son; Rodney Esparza, grandchildren; Regina Lynn Ramirez, Renita Lynn Ramirez Martinez (Omar), Leslie Ann Esparza, Jeffery Esparza, stepdaughters; Nevaeh A. Rios, and Sofia Alvarado, and Dennis Esparza (Miranda Zgabay), great-great-granddaughters; Briella Rose Caballero and Braela Rose Caballero.

In accordance with her wishes, Olga will be cremated and no formal services will be held.

May she rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon her.
