Maria Victoria Camacho, 84, of Normangee, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Services are set for Wednesday, September 3, at the Flynn Assembly of God. Visitation is to begin at 1pm with the service following immediately after at 2pm; burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.

Born on December 23, 1940, in Petteway, Texas, Maria was the daughter of Roman and Rosa (Munos) Ybarra. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who found strength, comfort, and purpose in her faith. Maria’s love for the Lord was at the center of her life and something she carried with her in everything she did. Her faith helped her through life’s challenges, and she leaned on it in both good times and hard times. Spending time with her family was one of the pleasures in life that brought her great joy. She loved tending to her plants, listening to music, and, taking care of her beloved dogs. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Maria is preceded in death by her parents, Roman and Rosa; two sons, Joe Luis and Freddy Aguirre; her late husbands, Bartolome Camacho and Guillermo Aguirre; her brother, Manuel Ybarra; and one beloved grandson, Brent Aguirre.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, three sons, Roy Aguirre and wife Susan, Willie Aguirre Jr. and wife Jimette, and, Steven Aguirre and wife Cindy; five daughters, Gloria and husband Eddie Casas Sr., Lillie and husband Johnny Griggs, Isabel and husband Jamie Shaw, Mary and husband Gilbert Martinez, and, Teresa and husband Clinton Manning; grandchildren, Aaron, Lisa, Michael, Eddie Jr., Amy, Brittney, Jacob, Krystal, April, Kilee Jo, Sophia, Dustin, Savannah, Candace, JR, Cheyenne, Trey, Victoria, Elizabeth, Justin, Courtney, Haley, Austin, Hunter, Chance, Chase, Clay, Clint, Caleb, Ty, and, Brooklyn; as well as, sixty-eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
