Loretta Lynn Matelshak

February 05, 1975 – November 28, 2022

 

     Loretta Lynn Matelshak, 47, of College Station passed away Monday, November 28, 2022. Funeral Services are set for 11AM Friday, December 2, in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Friday December 2 from 10AM until service time. Pastor Charlie Ray will officiate and Burial will follow in the Mt Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

     Born February 05, 1975 in Bryan, Texas she was the daughter of Marion Lee Matelshak and Florence Elaine Buyers. Loretta graduated Bryan High in 1995. She later married the love of her life Chad Elledge and they shared 14 wonderful years of marriage.  Watching wrestling and football were among her favorite things to do. She most enjoyed New England Patriots, Texas Longhorns, and especially her home team the Bryan Vikings. She loved watching the movie Grease any time it was on and enjoyed country music.

     Her mother, Florence; grandparents, Wallace and Virginia Matelshak; a sister, Charlotte Ogdon; and an aunt, Peggy Goodrum precede her in death.

     Lorretta leaves behind to cherish her memories, father Marion Matelshak Sr.; her loving husband, Chad; one brother, Marion “Sonny” Matelshak Jr., and her favorite cousin Marie and her husband Skip Taylor. Please view and Sign the Guestbook at: TrevinoSmithFH.com
