Lidia Ramirez-Garza
August 18, 1934 – July 18, 2023

Lidia Ramirez-Garza, 88, of Bryan, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023. A Visitation is set for 5PM Monday, July 24 with a Rosary at 6PM in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. A funeral service is set for 11AM Tuesday, July 25, at Santa Teresa Catholic Church.

Born August 18, 1934, in Mercedes, Texas, she was the daughter of Paolo and Biatrice Ramirez (Escobedo). Lidia loved gardening and taking care of her plants, along with doing busy work around her home. She also loved taking long drives with her family. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paolo and Biatrice Ramirez; her loving husband, Baldemar Garza; four brothers; one sister; two sons, Benito and Albert Garza; two grandsons, Tony Ramirez, and Benito Garza Jr.; as well as, one great-granddaughter, Dally Garza.

Lidia leaves behind to cherish her memories, her five sons, Juan Baldemar and wife Elena Garza, Bernardo Garza, Robert and husband Gustavo Garza, Ruben and wife Christy Garza, and Roy and wife Sally Garza; three daughters, Maria Garza, Degna and husband Joel Munoz, and Lupita Acosta; along with twenty-three grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
