Born August 3, 1963, in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of Howard and Linda (Moore) Fisk. She enjoyed listening to the Word of God and her audiobooks, visiting with her grandchildren, and playing with her rescue cat Oreo. Kim was a faithful member of Arise Community Church in Tallapoosa, GA. Kimberly was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Howard and Linda; and her sister, Daneen Fisk.

Kimberly is survived by her spouse, Christopher Lacy of Bremen, GA; a sister and her husband, Pamela and Dwayne Kenne, of Flynn, TX; a son and his wife, Alan and Kimberly Wilkerson of Tallapoosa, GA; son, Michael Lacy; and daughter, Nicole Wilson; along with one niece, Danielle Kenne of Flynn, TX, 8 grandchildren, and numerous extended family and friends.
