Kelly Len Milligan Obituary

Kelly Len Milligan, 69, of Bryan, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.  A Memorial Service is set for 1PM Thursday, January 15, in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Born on September 28, 1956 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, he was the son of Jack Augustus Milligan, and Donna Marie (Beltz) Milligan. Kelly was a hard-working, selfless man who always put himself last. He took great pride in his work and business and approached everything he did with dedication and care. His passion showed not only in the quality of his work, but in the way he treated the people around him.

Kelly had a kind heart and found it difficult to say no when someone needed help. His greatest joy came from solving problems and making life a little easier for others, often without expecting anything in return.

In his free time, Kelly enjoyed riding his motorcycle, finding peace and freedom on the open road. He also cherished long conversations with his friends, where stories, laughter, and shared experiences filled the hours. Kelly had a natural curiosity and a remarkable ability to understand how things worked, especially when it came to houses. He took pride in diagnosing issues, offering practical advice, and helping others feel at ease in their homes.

Above all, Kelly loved his grandchildren dearly. Time spent with them brought him immense happiness, and his care, patience, and quiet devotion to them defined who he was more than anything else.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Donna.

Kelly leaves behind to cherish his memories, his beloved wife of 44 years, Hope Milligan; three Goddaughters, Angie Kisthardt and husband, Jimmy, Jamie Johnson, and Dawn Olivera; a brother, Jack Worth Milligan and wife, Trisha, and three precious grandchildren, Cameron, Sean, and Grace; his mother-in-law, Donnie Hall; along with many friends who will miss him dearly.
