Juan Antonio Muñiz Medina, de 37 años, de Bryan, falleció el viernes 22 de septiembre de 2023. El velorio será de 5 a 8 p.m. el viernes 6 de octubre en la residencia de la familia:1717 Martin Luther King Jr St  Bryan, TX 77803. Los servicios funerarios están programados para las 12 p.m. del sábado 7 de octubre en la Iglesia Católica Santa Teresa.

Nacido el 23 de agosto de 1986 en Irapuato, Guanajuato, México, era hijo de Joaquín Muñiz Moreno y Ma Carmen Medina. Juan amaba inmensamente a su familia y le encantaba pasar tiempo con su preciosa hija cada vez que tenía la oportunidad. En su tiempo libre le gustaba jugar al fútbol. Juan era un padre, hermano, tío, primo y amigo amoroso. Todos los que lo conocieron y amaron lo extrañarán profundamente.

Le precedió en la muerte su padre, Joaquín.

Juan deja atrás para atesorar sus recuerdos, su amada esposa durante 20 años, Teresa Santizo; dos hijos, Joaquín Muñiz y Jorge Antonio Muñiz Santizo; una hija, Heydy Alison Muniz Santizo; un hermano, el Conde Muñiz; tres hermanas, María De Jesús, Rosalba Muñiz, María Guadalupe Muñiz y Adriana Muñiz; así como muchos otros familiares y amigos.

Juan Antonio Muniz Medina, 37, of Bryan passed away Friday, September 22, 2023. A Visitation will be from 5 to 8PM Friday, October 6, at the family’s residence: 1717 Martin Luther King Jr St
Bryan, TX 77803. Funeral Services are set for 12PM Saturday, October 7, at Santa Teresa Catholic Church.

Born August 23, 1986, in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, he was the son of Joaquin Muniz Moreno and Ma Carmen Medina. Juan loved his family immensely and especially loved spending time with his precious daughter whenever he had the chance. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing soccer. Juan was a loving father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joaquin.

Juan leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 20 years Teresa Santizo; two sons, Joaquin Muniz and Jorge Antonio Muniz Santizo; a daughter, Heydy Alison Muniz Santizo; a brother, Conde Muniz; three sisters, Maria De Jesus, Rosalba Muniz, Maria Guadalupe Muniz, and Adriana Muniz; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
