Josephine Jimenez, 77, of Bryan passed away Wednesday,

April 9, 2025. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Sunday, April 13 with a Rosary at 6PM in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services are set for 11AM Monday, April 14 at Santa Teresa Catholic Church. Father Victor Mayorga will officiate; burial will follow in the Bryan City Cemetery.

Born March 19, 1948 in Bryan, Texas she was the daughter of Joe and Isabel (Hernandez) Rodriguez. Josephine was a hard worker who was always willing to go the extra mile. When she wasn’t working, Josephine enjoyed the simple things in life, such as sitting on her porch and listening to music. Above all, she was a devoted mother and wife who cherished every moment she spent with her family.

Josephine is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Isabel and a brother, Jimmy Rodriguez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Martin Jimenez; three sons, Martin Jimenez Jr., Roy Jimenez and wife Ana, and Martin Jimenez; five daughters, Gloria and husband Arthur Reyes, Connie and husband Ricardo Castaneda, Connie and husband Jimmy Sustaita, Erica and husband Michael Byer, and, Maria Jimenez and husband Darius Alexander; one brother, Victor Rodriguez; twenty eight grandchildren, sixty great grandchildren, and, six great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Josephine will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
