Surrounded by love Jose Maria Caldera, passed away peacefully into eternal rest on June 2, 2026 at the age of 77.
Born on February 9, 1949 in Penon Blanco Durango, Mexico. Jose lived a life rooted in love, family, and hard work. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend whose strength, kindness, and dedication touched the lives of many.
Jose was the beloved husband of Ignacia “ Nancy” Flores Caldera. Together they were married for 52 years and built a loving family and shared many years of cherished memories. Jose found his greatest joy in spending time with his family and most importantly his grandkids . He was a source of wisdom, support, and unconditional love, and his presence brought comfort and strength to those around him. His legacy will live on through the family he loved so deeply and the values he instilled in them.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we take comfort in the memories we shared and the lasting impact he made on our lives. Jose will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Caldera Nava and Sabina Diaz Villalobos; brother Jose Luis Diaz he is reunited with family and friends he cherished.
Jose is survived by his loving wife Ignacia “ Nancy” Flores Caldera; his beloved children, Joann Esparza, Nancy Jo & Chris Valadez, Richard Caldera, Robert & Lupita Caldera, and James Caldera; his grandchildren Miranda Valadez, Alicia Valadez, Christopher Valadez, Madelyn Valadez, Savannah Caldera, and Trevor & Deanndra Caldera. He leaves his prized great grandchildren; Ava Valadez, Emma, Olivia and Isla Brewer; and also his sisters, Elvira Mata Diaz, Udelia Castro and brother Roberto Diaz.
