Jesus Beltran Fontiveros Gonzalez, 97, of College Station passed from this life on Sunday, July 24, 2022.
Born in Sabana Libre, Trujillo, Venezuela on August 30, 1924, he was the son of Jose Esteban Fontiveros Maya and Ana Haydee Gonzalez de Fontiveros.
Jesus Beltran was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was the middle child of 7 and a family-oriented man. As a veteran of the Venezuelan Armed Forces, he reached the rank of Brigadier General. Throughout the years, he was a devoted Catholic who had a kind heart as he was always helping many people in his lifetime.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his beloved wife Carmen Lamus de Fontiveros; two children, Jose Esteban Fontiveros Silva, Haydee Karina Fontiveros de Parra, and husband, Ruben Parra; a step-daughter, Katia Romero Lamus; seven grandchildren, Carlos Beltran Fontiveros, Jose Vicente Fontiveros Villasana, María José Fontiveros Villasana, Kaylee del Carmen Parra Fontiveros, Jesus Salas Romero, Marcos Jose Segnini Romero, Gabriel Alejandro Segnini Romero; as well as numerous friends and family.
He was loved and will be missed by many.
