Jessica Sarai (Ramos) Samaripas, de 24 años, de Bryan, Texas, falleció el martes 29 de agosto de 2023. El velorio será de 5 a 8 p. m. el domingo 3 de septiembre con un rosario a las 6 p. m. en la capilla de la funeraria Treviño-Smith. Los servicios funerarios están programados para las 11 a.m. del lunes 4 de septiembre en la Iglesia Católica Santa Teresa. El Padre Víctor Mayorga oficiará y el entierro se realizará en el Cementerio Católico Mt. Calvary.

Jessica nació el 7 de octubre de 1998 en Bryan, Texas, hija de Daisy Ramos. Jessica era una persona increíblemente cariñosa y apasionada por su trabajo como maestra suplente. En su tiempo libre le gustaba comer sushi e ir a San Antonio con sus amigos. Por encima de todo, pasar tiempo con su marido y jugar Minecraft estaban entre sus formas favoritas de pasar el tiempo. Jessica tenía muchos intereses y pasatiempos. Amaba tanto El Señor de los Anillos que podía recitar trivialidades al respecto e incluso se tatuó el collar de Arwen, ya que simbolizaba el amor eterno. A Jessica le encantaba One Direction y su miembro favorito de la banda era Harry Styles. Era una lectora ávida y podía terminar un libro en una semana, sin importar cuántas páginas tuviera. Jessica era el tipo de mujer que sólo viene una vez en la vida. Muchos la querían y todos los que la conocieron la extrañaremos profundamente.

Su abuela, Lucila Ramos, la precede en la muerte.

Jessica deja atrás para atesorar sus recuerdos, su amada madre, Daisy Ramos; amado esposo, Santos Ramiro Samaripas; un hermano, Santos Landaverde y su esposa, Luna; madre y suegro, Sergio y DeEtte (Martínez) García; hermano y cuñada, Julian y Ashley García; una tía, Melissa García y su esposo Javier; así como muchos otros familiares y amigos.

 

Jessica Sarai (Ramos) Samaripas, 24, of Bryan, Texas, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023. A Visitation will be from 5 to 8PM Sunday, September 3 with a Rosary at 6PM in the Chapel of Treviño-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Services are set for 11AM, Monday, September 4 at Santa Teresa Catholic Church. Father Victor Mayorga will officiate and burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.  

         Jessica was born October 7, 1998, in Bryan, Texas to Daisy Ramos. Jessica was an incredibly loving person and passionate about her job as a substitute teacher. In her free time, she enjoyed getting sushi and going to San Antonio with her friends. Most of all, spending time with her husband and playing Minecraft were among her favorite ways to pass the time. Jessica had many interests and hobbies. She loved Lord of the Rings so much that she could recite trivia about it and even got Arwen’s necklace tattooed, as it symbolized eternal love. Jessica loved One Direction, her favorite band member being Harry Styles. She was an avid reader and could finish a book in a week, no matter how many pages it had. Jessica was the kind of woman that only came once in a lifetime. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

         Her grandmother, Lucila Ramos precedes her in death.

Jessica leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving mother, Daisy Ramos; beloved husband, Santos Ramiro Samaripas; one brother, Santos Landaverde and wife, Luna; mother and father-in-law, Sergio and DeEtte (Martinez) Garcia; brother and sister-in-law, Julian and Ashley Garcia; an aunt, Melissa Garcia and her husband Javier; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
