Jerry Lee Fairbanks, 65, of Bryan, entered into Glory on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Born on December 16, 1959, in Houston, Texas, Jerry was the beloved son of Lloyd Fairbanks and Frances Stinnett Fairbanks. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, he was the Houston Astros’ biggest fan and rarely missed a game.

Jerry also had a passion for cooking and found great joy in preparing meals for his loved ones. Above all, he deeply loved his family and cherished the time spent with them.

Jerry is preceded in death by his father and mother, Lloyd and Frances Fairbanks; his late wife, Stacy Fairbanks; two sisters, Debbie Neumann and Shelly Fairbanks; and two daughters, Ashton Fairbanks and Christina Jeffries.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his beloved wife, Mae Fairbanks; two sons, Jerry Fairbanks Jr. and Cory Underwood; and two daughters, Amanda L. Fairbanks and Amber S. Robertson. He is also survived by five brothers, Johnny Fairbanks, Lloyd Fairbanks (wife, Annie), Samuel Fairbanks, Mark Fairbanks (wife, Katalla), and Kenny Fairbanks (wife, Rita); and three sisters, Regina Vilanova (husband, Ed), Pamela Boyd (husband, Jim), and Christina Fairbanks.

He will be fondly remembered by his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Diane Sanders, James Davis, Shirley Foley (husband, Ronald), Lorine J. Rush (husband, Antonio), Linda D. Harris (husband, Rodney), Brenda Davis (wife, Faye), Alonzo Davis (wife, Vicki), and Tony Davis. He was a proud grandfather to seven beautiful grandchildren: Brianna Robertson, Briasia Robertson, Kelvin Bennett, Ashton Fairbanks, Paislynn Robertson, Jaxton Fairbanks, and BlakeLee Robertson. In addition, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and many other close family members and friends who made a lasting impact on his life.

Jerry will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
