Janice Marie Kopczynski

Janice Marie Kopczynski, 62, of Bryan, passed away at her home on May 7, 2020.
Janice was born on June 24, 1957 in Houston, Texas to I.C. “Sonny” Kopczynski and Joanne Archer Kopczynski. Janice had a passion for nursing, music, fishing, rock collecting and rock painting, camping and campfires. She loved the beach and the mountains, but loved her family and friends most of all. She was a loving Christian woman, who never met a stranger and will be greatly missed.
Janice was preceded in death by her father, I.C. “Sonny” Kopczynski, mother, Joanne Archer, brothers, Richard Andrew Kopczynski and David Michael Stephens, and sister, Shirley Ann Edwards.
Janice is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Jimmy Collins, of Fisher, TX: son, Carl Turner Jr., of Bryan; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Laura Turner, of Cedar Creek, TX., and Jason and Betty Turner, of Bryan; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Ricky Thane, of Navasota; grandchildren, Alexandria, Andrew, Zachary, Alyzabeth, Analeah, Jason Michael Turner, and Jackson Jeremiah Turner; multiple nieces and nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends. There will be a Memorial Service Celebration in early June and a Celebration of Life Ceremony in late June. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, or Mesa Verde National Park Fund.
