Jack Lindsey Horton Jr., 80, of Bryan went into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. A Visitation is set for Tuesday, October 22, from 5pm to 8pm with a Memorial Service at 6pm; all in the Chapel of Trevino Smith Funeral Home.

Born December 16, 1943, in Houston, Texas, he was the son of Jack Sr. and Mary (Wilson) Horton. Jack was a hardworking, Christian man who worked for Royal Oil for thirty-two years. He loved his church family, animals, and sweets and enjoyed a good game of golf. Above all, Jack loved his family and cherished every moment he spent with them.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Sr. and Mary; and one son, Louis Ayala.

Jack leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of forty years, Beatrice Horton; two daughters, Cindy Brock and Irene Ayala; one brother, Bob Horton and wife Debbie; three grandchildren, Ciara, Cassey, and, Barrett; as well as, a host of friends and other family members.

He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
