Herman Lee Williams Jr., 79, of Hearne, Texas, passed away on July 25, 2026.

Born May 13, 1947 in Pasadena, Texas to Herman Williams Sr. and Wanda (Miller) Williams. He grew up surrounded by family who loved him and siblings who were always there for him. He proudly served in the Army and remained true to his patriotic nationalism. He then spent some time to attend college. He could be known as a man of great independence. He dug his roots and found his peace on his ranch attending to the land and his herd of cows. He was self employed for most of his life and eventually settled into retirement. If he wasn’t ranching he could be found fishing for hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves behind to keep and cherish his memories his daughter, Clementina Williams Connolly, brother, Thomas Williams and his wife, Dinky, sister, Judith Anne Williams Morehead, and three beautiful grandchildren. He will forever be remembered by those who loved him.
