Hermalinda J. Culverhouse
March 24, 1953 – June 8, 2023

Hermalinda J. Culverhouse, 70 of Caldwell, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023. A Memorial Service is set for Friday, June 23 at 6PM in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Born March 24, 1953, in Gonzales she was the daughter of Santiago and Rosa (Rico) Jackson. She enjoyed dancing and music. Hermalinda never met and stranger, and was always known to be everybody’s mom or aunt. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Her parents, Santiago and Rosa; a loving husband of 37 years, Jimmy Culverhouse, and a brother, Joe Jackson precede her in death.

Hermalinda leaves behind to cherish her memories, a loving daughter, Michelle Miller. Shana Owens and husband Tony, their two daughters and grandchild; two brothers, Peter Rocha, and Richard and Debbie Rocha; as well as three sisters and their husbands, Juanita and Scott Jarman, Sally and Carlos Medina and Eloisa and Dennis Hartsfield.
