Guadalupe “Lupe” Reyes

December 3, 1947 – February 7, 2023

Guadalupe, 75, of Bryan passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023.  A Visitation is set for 10-12PM Saturday, February 18 with a Rosary starting at 12PM, in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Born December 3, 1947, in Milam County, TX, he was the son of Eusebio Reyes and Francisca Reyes Salinas. He was a carpenter, enjoyed singing, and loved to BBQ when he got the chance. He was a devout member of the Lulac Mens Council. Lupe was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.  

His parents, Eusebio and Francisca; a son, Guadalupe Reyes Jr; five brothers; and two sisters precede him in death.

Lupe leaves behind to cherish his memories, four sons, Vincent Reyes, Sam Reyes, Angel Reyes, and Jerry Reyes; four daughters, Sally Garza and husband Roy, Rosie Beltran and husband Pedro, Heather Ramirez, Samantha Brumley and husband Joseph; three brothers, Tony Reyes, Eusebio Reyes Jr., and wife Sally, and Francisco Reyes and wife Guadalupe; four sisters, Mary Herrera and husband Armando, Margaret Monreal and husband Soloman, Celia Reyes, and Alicia Ramirez; as well as 35 grandchildren and 15 precious great-grandchildren.
