Gonzalo Obregon, 71 of Bryan passed away Friday, October 23, 2020. A Visitation is set from 5-8PM Saturday, October 31 in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 6PM.

Born December 5, 1948 in Matehuala, San Louis Potosi he was the son of Moises Obregon and Emilia (Martinez). Gonzalo loved baseball and was a big fan of the Giants. In his spare time he spent his time with his loving granddaughter.

His father, Moises precedes him in death.

Gonzalo leaves behind to cherish his memories, wife Lorena Obregon; mother, Emilia Obregon; two sons, Jose Angel Obregon and Cesar Obregon; two daughters; Claudia (Obregon) Santillan and husband Roberto, and Jacqueline Obregon Zapata; six brothers Rafael Obregon and wife Lourdes, Manuel Obregon and Juana, Jose Luis Obregon and Yolanda, Lorenzo Obregon and Trish; Humberto Obregon and Norma; Jose Guadalupe Obregon and Maria; two sisters; Martha Obregon and husband Leonel and Ana Maria Obregon and Humberto; he also leaves one precious granddaughter, Oriana Santillan.
