Eva Martinez

Eva Martinez, 105, of Bryan passed away Wednesday April 1, 2026.

Born on March 30, 1921 in Pearsall, Texas. To her family she was loved dearly and gave much love in return. They remember her fondly by the plants and gardening she cultivated, her sewing projects, her cooking that helped bring the family together, and knew her to be able to start and carry a conversation better than anyone; making everyone feel welcome and included. Her love for her family shown through in the way she spoke and how she carried herself.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving daughters; Victoria Macias and husband, Javier Macias, and Blanca Crotez and husband Jose Cortez, nineteen grandchildren including Marcie Martinez, whom she raised, several great-grandchildren, and several great great-grandchildren. Her loving words and the things she taught her family will forever be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
