Ethel “Marciel” Kelley was born on August 20, 1937 in Houston Texas to parents Dorothy and Horace Wheeler.  She entered into eternal rest with her loving family by her side on July 11, 2024 at her home in Millican TX.

Marciel enjoyed many different activities such as gardening, watching birds, hunting, fishing, and doing arts and crafts. Her greatest enjoyment was raising her daughter and enjoying her grandchildren.  She loved doing all things outdoors. Her family would say she has a green thumb and could grow plants and flowers and they would thrive and flourish. She was Baptist by faith and never lost her faith as she went through her journey of life.  She will be deeply and truly missed by all her family and friends that knew her well.

Marciel was preceded in death by her mother and father, Dorothy and Walter Beauchamp; husband, William (Bill) Kelley; brother, Luzon Beauchamp.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Sharlotte, and husband Amilcar  Velasquez; sister, Patricia Clayton and husband Larry; grandchildren, Larry Wayne Randall ll, Shanae Wade Vick, Robert (PJ) Lunsford; great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Kyla, CJ, Little Larry lll, Breanne, Peyton, Weston; great-great-grandsons, Camden and Cooper.

Her memory will live on and flourish in the hearts of all her family and she will be remembered and her spirit will live with them always.
