Cora “Sue” McDonel, 83, of Bryan, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Born September 18, 1940, in Shreveport, Louisiana, she was the daughter of Floyd Stringfellow and Katherine Grace. Cora loved listening to country and western music, dancing, playing the guitar, and coloring.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Katherine and two sons, Chuck and James Smith.
Cora leaves behind to cherish her memories three daughters, Sandy and husband Alan Morgan, Lisa and husband Charles Faithauer, and, Gail and husband Paul Flores; two brothers, James Henry and Jim Stringfellow; one sister, Barbara and husband Ray Commander; as well as, twelve beautiful grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
