Celestino M. Gonzales

Celestino M. Gonzales, 73, of Bryan passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Funeral Services are set for Saturday, August 27 at 11:30 AM at Santa Teresa Catholic Church with burial to follow at Bryan City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM on Friday, August 26 in the Chapel of Treviño-Smith Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 6 PM. 

Born on October 13, 1948, in San Antonio, TX he was the son of Celestino G. Gonzales and Andrea (Martinez) Gonzales. His hobbies included playing pool, barbecuing, listening to music, and dancing. Celestino was an avid mechanic, but most of all, he enjoyed celebrations and family gatherings.

His parents Celestino and Andrea; one sister; three brothers; his beloved wife, Beatrice Gonzales; and one daughter, precede him in death.

Celestino leaves behind to treasure his memories his three sons, Celestino Gonzales, Daniel Vargas and wife, Melissa, and Tino Gonzales and Tawana; three daughters, Laura Trevino and husband, Leonel, Belinda Gonzales and, Simon, and Melinda Gonzales; one brother, Henry Gonzales, and wife, Ofelia; four sisters, Estella Garcia, Sandy Vargas, and husband, Trinidad Paez, Lile Gonzales and husband, Santiago Martinez, and Martina Gonzales; seventeen grandchildren; and twelve adorable great-grandchildren.
