Bonnie Marie Lingren

January 9, 1941 – November 29, 2022

Bonnie Marie Lingren, 81, of College Station, Texas, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022.  Funeral Services are set through Delozier Funeral Service for 2PM Friday, December 9, at the Chelsea City Cemetery in Chelsea, Oklahoma.

Bonnie was born January 9, 1941 in Shirley, Indiana to Earl and Mabel Keerns Shaw Ellis. Bonnie was fiercely loyal and spent her early life serving her family as a devoted wife and mother.  Her favorite activities in her later years included beating her fellow Bluebonnet Place Residents in Rummikub, endlessly joking with the staff and telling everyone that would listen how wonderful her grandchildren are.  

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Mabel; sons, Charles “Chuck” Lingren and Robert Lingren; sisters, Alyce Jean Chapman and Joanne S. Townsend; brothers, Robert Gail Shaw and Norman Eugene Shaw; her aunt, Marie Keerns Martin; and her husband of 47 years, Pete Lingren.

Bonnie leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving son P. Scott Lingren; her sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Jude Dunfee; and her two precious grandchildren, Connor Lingren and Parker Lingren.
