Beverly Sue Ellis, 81, of Bryan, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023. A Memorial Service will be held at 10AM Saturday, September 9, in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home in Bryan, Texas.  

Beverly was born on August 5, 1942, in Pine Bluff Arkansas to Milton and Mildred Cannon. In her spare time, she enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and going to the casinos. She loved to laugh and spend time with her friends. Beverly will be missed deeply by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by, her parents, Milton and Mildred; father of her children, Curtis Holder; second husband, John Ellis; daughter, Sharon Holder; sisters, Nona Welch and Pat Broach; and brother, Billy Cannon.

Beverly is survived by her son, Ed Holder; a sister, Shirley Smith and husband Edgar; and a grandson Roger Lira; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
