Bartley Joseph Linder Jr., formerly of DesMoines, Iowa. , Died at age 74, peacefully, in College Station, Texas on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. A Funeral Service is set for 2PM, Sunday, March 26, 2023 in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. A Visitation will be held from 12PM until service time, Sunday, March 26, 2023 also in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Eldest of eight siblings; Bart enjoyed a life of faith, piano playing and singing, as well as hunting and fishing.
Graduated high school in Crown Point, Indiana, attended Lee College in Cleveland, Tennessee.  Graduated from barber college in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Returned home after his mother died, unexpectedly, to help manage his younger siblings.  Years later, he moved to DesMoines, Iowa to be actively involved in the Gospel Assembly Fellowship.
Preceded in death by:  His mother, Edna Rosella (Willoughby) Linder and Bartley Joseph Linder and Barbara Ann (Lackey) Linder
He is survived by:  Connie Linder; Greg Linder; Gary (Linda) Linder; Dan Linder; Steve ( Renee) Linder; Randy (Charity) Linder; Eric ( Melody) Linder; and James Snuffer.
