       Osiel Benitez, 35, of College Station passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Thursday, May 16 with a 6PM Rosary in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mexico at a later date.

       Born January 30, 1984 in Guerrero, Mexico he was the son of Santiago and Reyna (Herrera) Benitez. Osiel enjoyed watching movies, gardening and doing crafts. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother and will be missed deeply by all who knew him.

       Osiel leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Araceli Benitez; two sons, Joseph Benitez, and Victor Hernandez; three daughters, Lindsey Benitez, Kendra Benitez, and Andrea Hernandez; two sisters, Rabiceli Benitez and Guadalupe Benitez; two grandchildren, Mason Hernandez, and Audrey Hernandez; and numerous, nieces, nephews and friends.
