Bertha Alonzo, 95, of Bryan passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018. A private burial is set for Saturday, July 21, 2018.

Born August 7, 1922 in San Louis Potosi, Mexico she was the daughter of Cayatono and Nicolasa (Perez) Villasenor. Bertha retired from Texas A&M Food Services Dept. where she worked in many of the Dining Halls on campus. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lucio Alonzo; brothers; and a sister, Maura Alvarez.

Bertha leaves behind to cherish her memories a daughter, Maria Georgina Cortes; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
